What does YES do?

Our current work includes:

  • Open access literacy and numeracy classes for adults and young people at our base at 14 Frederick
    Place, Clifton.
  • English and Maths groups for young people and adults at YES and Connexions West in Bristol.
  • Individual basic skills tuition for non-attending Key Stage 4 pupils.
  • Literacy and numeracy skills for adults and young people in Moreton in Marsh, Gloucestershire.
  • Essential Skills at Fairbridge West, St Paul’s, targeting ‘at risk’ young people.
  • Moving On Up, in partnership with Fairbridge West, Bread and the Kingswood Foundation.
  • English and Maths with Choices, a Connexions project for non attending year 11 pupils.
  • Training for Adult Learner supporters (City & Guilds 9297).
